Auscare Wellness delivers personalised and flexible aged care services through Home Care Packages (HCP) or private care options. We support older adults across all levels of needs—from basic daily assistance to higher-level care—ensuring consistency, comfort and trusted relationships between clients, families and our team.
Social Support (SS)
Auscare Wellness helps clients stay socially active through outings and community activities such as going for walks, visiting local parks, joining group classes, shopping trips, swimming pool visits, or attending recreational activities they enjoy.
Personal Care (PC)
Auscare Wellness provides assistance with essential personal tasks including eating and drinking, dressing and undressing, bathing and grooming, continence support, mobility assistance, and safe transfers between bed, chair and other household areas.
Domestic Assistance (DA)
Auscare Wellness offers practical household support such as light cleaning, tidying, dishwashing, laundry, fresh bedding, ironing, organising groceries, and preparing simple, nutritious meals.
Day Care Center
The Auscare Wellness Day Care Center provides structured daytime programs that enrich seniors’ wellbeing while giving carers time to rest. Activities include interest groups, gentle exercise sessions, cultural and hobby classes, music and dance, board games, arts and crafts, and social gatherings. Meals and transport are provided to encourage connection and a sense of belonging.
Care Management and Support
Auscare Wellness helps you understand your care plan and supports you to build the skills needed to manage your services confidently. A dedicated case manager coordinates tailored supports to build independence, improve daily functioning, strengthen social connections, and enhance community inclusion.
Respite Care
Auscare Wellness offers flexible in-home respite care—from short stays to overnight support—based on the client’s needs. Assistance may include home duties, companionship, personal care, shopping, meal preparation, and overnight help such as medication reminders, toileting and repositioning. This ensures family carers can rest knowing their loved one is in capable and caring hands.
Community Nursing Services
Auscare Wellness provides clinical care delivered by qualified Registered and Enrolled Nurses, including:
